This event is sold out! But we want to share the goodness with all who are interested, so please email us at if you want to be placed on the waitlist for our Fall Kosa Kitchen event.

Ayurveda, an Indian art of medicine dating back over 5,000 years, translates to the "science of life" or the "art of longevity". In this healing science, food is an essential medicine used to bring our bodies into balance with nature and our environment.

The third in our series of cooking events comes during an important seasonal transition during which food is a gateway for a healthy new start in Spring. Shilpa Sankaran, owner of Kosa, will be joined by Lalita Sankaran to lead a multi-sensory experience, sharing more knowledge of Ayurveda, the spices and cooking techniques. Tickets are $35 and include a 3-course organic meal complete with tea, a snack, main course, dessert and special gift from Kosa.
