Spring Self-Care (free)

This virtual event is open to the entire community. Together, welcome a new awareness and an opportunity to bring Ayurvedic practices into our lives to heal our minds and bodies.

Our virtual event will be hosted by KOSA founder, Shilpa Sankaran, KOSA certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Tanya Anderson, and Ayurvedic Practitioner and Panchkarma Technician, Carol Nace from Bodhi Ayurveda.

We will talk about the basics of Ayurveda, Fall self-care, diet, immunity, and more. We will also provide information about our cleanse and panchakarma offerings and create space for discussion and questions.

Carol Nace, Bodhi Ayurveda

Carol has spent the last 15 years learning, studying, practicing, and sharing her knowledge of Ayurveda. She is a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Panchakarma Technician and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. All of this in-depth study and years of experience results in a personalized, yet comprehensive, mind, body and spirit experience.

Carol's is strongly aligned with the 2,000+ year old Ayurveda lineage of Shaka Vansiya Ayurveda, brought to the U.S. by Vaidya Rama Kant Mishra, a pulse and marma master. Vaidya Mishra was her first teacher and remained her most instrumental teacher until his passing in 2017.
