work with us
A unique fusion of East meets West, KOSA blends the timeless and universal Indian tradition of Ayurveda (ayur=life; veda=wisdom) with products made by artisans in Wisconsin and NGO's in India.
Each season, we carefully select fresh, organic, seasonal ingredients for inside and outside the body, with our Ayurvedic kitchen menu and body products. Our offerings include massages and facials, personal day retreats, and Ayurvedic wellness consultations.
KOSA is home to 7 private treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, meditation studio, large sanctuary lounge, showers/locker area, and boutique.
We are a group of people united in our desire to bring greater connection and happiness to those who visit us, and amongst ourselves, and we welcome those of like mind to join us in serving others in this pursuit. We offer the opportunity to join the growing Ayurveda movement, become a part of an authentic, compassionate team, and help in the creation of a new model for health and wellness.
We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists
Licensed Massage Therapists
We are currently seeking Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians to offer our guests massages, facials, and Ayurvedic body treatments. We do not require experience with Ayurveda - only a curiosity, interest in self-care, and openness to learning.
Massage services include nurturing 45-, 60- and 90-minute massages with our signature Ayurvedic oil blends. We take the traditional Ayurvedic abhyanga oil massage and add deeper tissue for a unique healing experience for our guests.
Our custom massages are for you to shine as a therapist by delivering your unique modalities. We also encourage you to add your own special services to our menu.
Learning about Ayurveda and the therapies we do at Kosa can be a wonderful way to bring new life into your career.
Our practitioners are healers at heart. We are looking for strong communicators who show great empathy with guests. We are seeking individuals who possess a soulful, authentic sense of self, as well as an openness and interest in pursuing their own Ayurvedic lifestyle.
Kosa has been featured in local and national media, and we are getting booked far out into the future. We are excited to continue to grow with you!
Together we can bring this timeless and universal wisdom for greater health in our community.
Our success lies in the quality and spirit of our people. Wellness professionals typically possess the quality of generosity towards others. At Kosa, we will also create a work environment that nurtures generosity among our team. This means focusing on the needs of the team with supportive schedules, fair wages and benefits, time for self-care and wellness, focus on personal growth, creativity, and a deep connection with one another.
As a part of our team, we support our practitioners by handling laundry, scheduling, cleaning, bookkeeping, and supplies. We will bring you a steady flow of clients to fill your schedule. You focus on offering your healing gifts!
