A unique fusion of East meets West, KOSA blends the timeless and universal Indian tradition of Ayurveda (ayur=life; veda=wisdom) with products made by artisans in Wisconsin and NGO's in India.

Each season, we carefully select fresh, organic, seasonal ingredients for inside and outside the body, with our Ayurvedic kitchen menu and body products. Our offerings include massages and facials, personal day retreats, and Ayurvedic wellness consultations.

KOSA is home to 7 private treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, meditation studio, large sanctuary lounge, showers/locker area, and boutique.

We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists and Guest Hosts

Licensed Massage Therapists

We are currently seeking Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians to offer our guests massages, facials, and Ayurvedic body treatments. We do not require experience with Ayurveda - only a curiosity, interest in self-care, and openness to learning.

Massage services include nurturing 45-, 60- and 90-minute massages with our signature Ayurvedic oil blends. We take the traditional Ayurvedic abhyanga oil massage and add deeper tissue for a unique healing experience for our guests.

Our custom massages are for you to shine as a therapist by delivering your unique modalities. We also encourage you to add your own special services to our menu.

Learning about Ayurveda and the therapies we do at Kosa can be a wonderful way to bring new life into your career.

Our practitioners are healers at heart. We are looking for strong communicators who show great empathy with guests. We are seeking individuals who possess a soulful, authentic sense of self, as well as an openness and interest in pursuing their own Ayurvedic lifestyle.

As a part of our team, we support our practitioners by handling laundry, scheduling, cleaning, bookkeeping, and supplies. We will bring you a steady flow of clients to fill your schedule. You focus on offering your healing gifts!

Kosa offers generous compensation, benefits, perks, and a like-minded place for you to deepen your practice.

Compensation includes:

- Guaranteed hourly wage
- Guaranteed service commissions
- Guaranteed gratuity
- Retail and membership commission
- Referral bonuses
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Paid turnaround time (20-30 min per service)
- Paid breaks (20-30 min per shift)
- Paid set up and clean up (60 min per shift)

$60,000-$85,000 full time (33-40 hours)

$20,000-$50,000 part time (12-32 hours)

Starting pay is based on experience, skill, and training. All practitioners are paid a guaranteed hourly wage whether performing services, for meetings, spaces between appointments, training, or supporting the spa.

We support you by providing:

- Booking and scheduling
- Check in/check out
- All laundry
- All cleaning
- Supplies and tools
- Gorgeous work spaces
- Team spirit and support

What we ask:
- Wisconsin massage license
- No experience minimum
- Openness to learning
- Spirit of healing and compassion
- Minimum 10 hrs/week (includes weekend shifts)
